Bob
Franzoni- Executive Director
Bob
Franzoni has lived in Vermont all his life. He
attended Castleton State College and received a B.S. in
Business Education. He taught at Thetford Academy for
15 years before starting his own business, Video Transfers
of Vermont and Wind River Video. While operating his
business Bob took two courses from the Sony Institute of
Videography and a concentrated summer course from Rockport
College. In 1993 Bob was part of the organization
that started CATV in Hanover and Norwich. In 2003 Bob
helped organize UVEC, channel 10, the education channel.
He also became Executive Director on CATV in 2003.
Bob has taught the Videography course at the Hartford
Area Career and Technology Center for the last 7 years.
Bob lives in Norwich, Vermont.

Steve
Giroux - Community Outreach Specialist
Steve
Giroux has a diverse background. He came to CATV
after 10 years as a 5th grade teacher at the Ottauquechee
School in Hartford, Vermont. He is a 1976 graduate of
Vermont Technical College with a degree in
Electro-mechanical Engineering Technology and a 1994
graduate of the University of Vermont where he majored in
Elementary Education. Steve also has an extensive
graphics background. He was the former owner of a
family owned sign and screen printing business in
Burlington, Vermont.
In addition to being CATV’s Community Outreach Coordinator,
he also oversees the digital mobile studio which operates
in a number of after school programs in the Upper Valley.
This program is designed to introduce students to the
art of videography and editing. Steve also assist in
studio production and editing. “Everyday presents a
new challenge here at CATV. I always look forward to
improving the quality of what we produce for our local
television viewers.”

Luke
Chrisinger-Community Media Manager
Luke
Chrisinger took the second year of the Videography course
at the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center in 2002
where he first met Bob Franzoni. In the same year he
began to cover government meetings and continues to do so
to this day. In 2005 he took the technical position
at CATV. He is now the Community Media Manager.
Luke is a musician and has recorded extensively since
2003.He is also an experimental filmaker and dabbles in
writing and painting. His duties at CATV consist of
programming, updating the community bulletin board as well
as training government videographers to cover government
meetings.

BreAnna
Kline - Operations Manager
BreAnna Kline holds many seats here at CATV. She is a 2006
graduate of the University of Puget Sound with a degree in
Asian Studies. During college she freelanced in the event
coordination industry and after graduation was hired to
help produce one of the largest free festivals, Folklife,
in Seattle Washington. At the station she produces a
variety of shows, manages channel 8, coordinates community
videographers and applies her detail oriented attitude to
administrative duties. Other areas of interest for her have
been community outreach, non-profit fundrasing and, of
course, working with CATV's fabulous volunteers.

Head of Community Media Development, Ella
Farnsworth is the newest member of CATV. A graduate of
Wheaton College with a BA in Studio Art and focus in video
and film, she has worked with Orca Media in Montpelier and
CCTV in Burlington. "I am excited about expanding CATV's
services in the Upper Valley and working with businesses
and people to create new local programing that enriches and
informs residents about the many interesting things
happening in this area.
