Are you wondering what podcasts and vodcasts are all about? Subscribing to a podcast/vodcast feed allows you to stay up-to-date with every new program that CATV puts on the website. You can subscribe via an RSS reader or web browser (like Firefox). Another way that you can subscribe is via iTunes (if you don't already have iTunes, you can download it at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/). Here's how:

Step 1. Copy one of these links (if you just want audio, copy the first link -- if you want video and audio, copy the second link)
To copy, select the full link and then go to your top menu and choose "Edit" and then "Copy":

Step 2. Open iTunes.

Step 3. Click on "Advanced" in the top menu. Click "Subscribe to Podcast".

Step 4. Go the the "Edit" menu in iTunes and choose "Paste". You will now see the link from above in the box.

Step 5. Now in your iTunes window, you should see the feed coming in. The feed will be highlighted.

Step 6. Click on the arrow next to the highlighted item, and you will see all of the items in the feed. They will begin to download, and when a program is finished, just double-click it in iTunes and it will start to play!

Step 7. If you wish to archive these meetings, you can do this by subscribing to ITunes.

Please note: If you wish to look at the video on demand on this website, it works better with Internet Explorer or Firefox. Also the video on demand works with DSL and Broadband.
